In the context of the collaborative project ROARA, funded by the VW Stiftung, the Faculty of Sociology at Bielefeld University is looking for a researcher at the Postdoc level. The research project "Repercussions of Open Access on Research Assessment" analyzes the relations between recent calls for Open Access in science policy, the emergence of questionable publication practices, and possible repercussions on research evaluation.
- preparation and conduction of an interview study (40 %)
- compilation and analysis of a document corpus of open access policies (30 %)

- very good knowledge of spoken and written English
- good communication and organizational skills, with a cooperative and team-oriented way of working
- experiences with mixed-methods research designs
- experience in the area of document analysis
